Bret T. Buhler

President

Bret has been President of Stradis Healthcare since 2003. From 1997 until December 2003, Mr. Buhler was a Vice President, in charge of Operations and Sales responsibilities. He was first employed in 1993 by AGP Holdings, at which time was the majority shareholder in Stradis Healthcare, in addition to several other businesses. The other businesses included consumer products companies and other manufacturing businesses.

Mr. Buhler was in charge of finance and operations for the subsidiaries until 1997 when he was given the overall responsibility for Stradis Healthcare.

Mr. Buhler was previously employed by LGL Corporation, a public traded company headquartered in Orlando, Florida. LGL Corporation is a diversified holding company with holdings in the telecommunications, electronic filter products, among other manufacturing businesses. Prior to LGL, Mr. Buhler was employed by Mechanical Engineering Company (MECO), a manufacturer of water desalination equipment.

Mr. Buhler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Louisiana State University. Mr. Buhler has been certified in International Business by the International Graduate School of International Management at the Thunderbird Management Center in Glendale Arizona. He and his wife, Ashleigh, have two sons, Blake and Tripp.
